So ... quite a few of you aren't going to be at my and [livejournal.com profile] bunny_hugger's wedding. That's not because you aren't liked or important, just that we're trying to keep that ceremony as small as possible. But that isn't to exclude you. We are doing something a little more open, more fun, and potentially bigger as well, and so we're announcing ...

BunnyHugger And Austin's Post-Wedding Fest

Featuring miniature golf, a roller coaster, go karts, bumper boats, and all that kind of stuff! Plus pizza and cake. All you can eat, all you can play!

Where: Kokomo's Family Fun Center, Saginaw, Michigan
When: Friday, July 20, 7-10 p.m.

So, friends, reading this, you're invited!

In case of rain, we'll carry on anyway: it's a family fun center. They can handle inclement weather. Also note that this is the miniature golf course with the three-level hole that is completely physically impossible to do in one stroke, but which I managed, in the greatest miniature golf event of my life and think what a standard that is, to do in two. You want to try matching that, don't you?

No promises, now, about stuff going on before but I would like to point out that there's a zoo near the Kokomo's Family Fun Center which has a real live coati there for the photographing. And we imagine that come Saturday there'll be things to do in the Lansing or Ann Arbor areas.

Send a message to me or to [livejournal.com profile] bunny_hugger if you'd like an Evite invitation; even if you're just considering it, it's worth it to have the data about where to go and when, and you can RSVP later. We are trying to make sure we have the right package arranged.

Trivia: In 1925 Lord & Taylor in New York City hired a Russian artist to make a replica Saint Patrick's Cathedral in handkerchiefs. The store reported that the display was responsible for selling $5,000 worth of handkerchiefs --- at on average 25 cents per --- in one day. PS: The Box Drops, wrapping up my little study of how to best make a box tip over. The answer may surprise you.
