I think the Mohegan Sun has a taller waterfall than that. Then again, theirs is inside, amid a casino, and makes no pretense of being a 'natural' element. It looks nice, mind, but I imagine the Jurong waterfall at least pretends to start from some river and end at some river, instead of at the third story and ground-level.
I've seen the simulated mist in zoos before. I take it Singapore generally doesn't need to simulate water droplets int he air, though.
