That's what Netflix is for -- though I rather expect they don't deliver to Singapore, and I don't know what local clones of the business model may exist there.
As it happens, I've just recently reactivated my own Netflix membership, and various 1980s toons that I never saw in sequence now populate my queue: "Galaxy Rangers" and... um... and... it'd be useful to have a third item on this list, something before "and indeed, 'Thundercats'," but the rest don't fit that description: they're shows I did see in sequence, but not recently; or not 1980s; or anime; or things that would be on the queue if they existed on DVD, which "Mighty Orbots" does not.
