Ah, Frankenmuth is a nice town indeed. Zander's (which has a 40% chance of being where you ate) has excellent chicken lievrs,a n yes, I understand you're both eating vegetarian but I still must endorse how good the chicken livers are there.

Horse Radish cheese spread is nice. Though I recommend Port Wine cheese spread if you can find that.
