Up to Monday it was thought he maybe had some slight arterial blockage and that it could be treated with just medication or maybe with a little surgery, but a proper test had to be made to find out. It turned out the blockage was much more severe and widespread than was thought, so, he had to have at least three and maybe up to five bypasses; there'd be no telling until the surgery actually began, which was set for Wednesday. And that was the most worrisome part, but, he came through in great shape.
