The Pinball Arcade and the Zaccaria pinball apps are lifesavers, certainly, and outstanding things. I'm stunned I make the same timing mistakes on them as I do on the real machines, to the same results. (Zaccaria offers a bunch of the late-70s/early-80s Italian maker's tables. And it does some really stylish stuff like let you have the virtual play fields get dirty and faulty, something Pinball Arcade didn't think to.) Sad to say the newest versions of Pinball Arcade are to advanced for my first-generation iPad and I won't be replacing that just for one program.
We do get Caramac around here! The World Market shop includes it among its miscellaneous British candy bars often enough. It's a regular visitor for coffee/tea break time, if we're still hungry after having a biscotto each.
