Ow, nasty, for the poor bricks. This had -- the Apple power brick has this detachable plug, so what happened was the mount where the plug gets fit into the brick was held in place, and the part of the plug holding the prongs held together, but the bracing that connect the two got snapped, so this was dangling from the wires between the two. With incidentally no obvious way to detach the plug from the power brick, since you're supposed to use the prong-end to get the grip to pull things off, and that didn't have any structural support anymore.
