So, for pictures, how about some from our recent trip?

bunny_hugger at the fish on this adorable little Jules Verne-themed carousel we found in Rennes. The submarine, in the background, would have been my favorite seat when I was a kid. This is a small carousel, maybe eight feet in diameter.

WHY does THIS MYSTERIOUS FIGURE outside Rennes's Cinq Design Art Shop KILL The Doctor?! Not a hoax! Not a dream! Not an imaginary story!

From the Rennes subway system we have bunny_hugger's album cover.
And it's been another busy week on my Mathematics blog, so let me give you links to its posts.
- The Alice in Wonderland Sesquicentennial, just noticing an anniversary of a noted work by a mathematician.
- A Summer 2015 Mathematics A To Z: proper, the glossary project that's been dominating my summer here.
- Reading the Comics, June 30, 2015: Fumigating The Theater Edition, a comics report cobbled together despite my computer problems.
- A Summer 2015 Mathematics A To Z: quintile, something I'm glad I wrote before my computer problems.
- My Mathematics Blog Abbreviated Statistics, June 2015, a routine report made hard by WordPress being unusable with older computers.
- A Summer 2015 Mathematics A To Z: ring, one of the first algebra terms you learn as a mathematics major and one mathematicians don't all agree about.
- Reading the Comics, July 4, 2015: Symbolic Curiosities Edition, including the name for the division symbol, if you wondered what that was.
- My Mathematics Blog’s June 2015 Statistics, Unabbreviated, filling in the parts I couldn't report earlier because of the computer problems.
To get them as they're published, you can put the blog on your Friends page or can add it to your RSS feed, or you can have it e-mailed you or add it to your WordPress Reader over there, too.
