My car, finally, reached its recommended service mileage. It actually reached this during Motor City Fur[ry] Con, past some mileage I didn't know exactly. But I wasn't going to take time off from the con for that.
This was a routine service and I'd expected to take the dealer's shuttle home to wait it out. Their shuttle was out, when I arrived, and they figured it'd be under an hour before I was done so I may as well wait. This was probably wise, but it did leave me cursing that I hadn't brought a book, or my laptop, or at least my earphones so I could listen to podcasts. I managed to mess around for an hour anyway and not get bored or anything.
The annoying thing? Back in the rich, flush days of 2019 I prepaid for five services on my Scion. I got two of them done before destroying my car. This is the first time I've had any servicing done since then. The dealer said they couldn't transfer my prepaid services from the Scion to the Prius, so, that was a routine but unwanted expense. I've got Toyota Financial Service's address now and anticipate that they shall be refunding me the unused portion of this package.
We actually had a duel of car services there as bunnyhugger's car needed servicing too, and wouldn't be able to get an appointment for over a week. I would loan her my car so as to keep her from putting too many miles over servicing on hers. She would also put the 100,000th mile on my car, it happens, but that's all right. I'll borrow her car for its 100,000th.
My photos are still in Saturday afternoon, Motor City Furry Con 2022. Let's enjoy.

Peeking in the ballroom to see various fursuiters still hanging out in there.

One of the beavers is coming out.

Rabbit with quite the nice eyemask pattern stepping out, now.
