So now for this week's pet health update, regarding Sunshine. Nothing grim this time, ultimately, but still, cut for people who do not need to deal with someone else's pet's health just now.
( We continue to wonder how a bunny this ill is this healthy. )All that in mind, please enjoy another batch of Sunshine pictures.
Sunshine sets herself up in the space between the living room rugs.
She's curious about what I'm up to, again.
She's decided to just chill out (she is a very chill bunny) and let whatever I'm up to pass.
Sunshine in her 'outhouse', created when I left a litter bin in the corner to have it out of the way a moment and she hopped in and started using it. Since then we've learned she really, really wants a litter bin to be there so we have to accede to her wishes. (Rabbits decide where they want their bathroom to be, and you make your life easier if you go along with that.)
She settles down in the outhouse but keeps an ear on me.
She settles down to enjoy some quiet time. The paper bag beside is full of hay ready to give her so she's all set for everything except getting the occasional vegetable or drink of water.
Trivia: Between 1895 and 1900 New York City went from having six shirtwaist manufacturers to having over four hundred. I don't know whether that compares what would in 1900 be all five boroughs, or whether it's a strict Manhattan-to-Manhattan comparison, but that doesn't make that much difference.
