You'd think that pre-registration would help with that, but instead, the next day, I was unable to get through the registration line as a pre-registered person because they were busy panicking about the credit card system being down. Despite this being irrelevant to me and anyone else in line who was pre-registered.
Con registration is always such a disaster, and it seems like at the cons I go to, being pre-registered doesn't make things go as much faster as they should. (In fact at some of the cons I go to you have to wait in the same line behind people who have to register on site anyway, which drives me nuts.)
