He only scolded them? Last fall my middle brother and I attended a Scouts Canada ceremony recognizing all the scouts in New Brunswick who earned either the Chief Scout Award (highest rank in Scouts Canada Scouts--roughly 2 ranks below Eagle Scout in difficulty) and Queen Venturer Award (highest rank in Scouts Canada Venturers--equal to Eagle Scout), it was held in NB's Parliament/legislative building within the legislative chamber with the Queen's representative to the province (can't recall his official title) present to present the actual award to each scout. Everyone, but the scouts and their leaders were up in the viewing galleries. All were warned to turn-off their phones and cameras and no pictures were to be taken except by the official photographer down on the floor of the chamber.
Someone either forgot this or ignored this, pulled out their camera and before they could snap-off a picture, that sergeant-at-arms was at their side and confiscated the camera. I don't know if it was returned or not at the end of the ceremony.
