Do you have some information that there were fiberglass figures on the carousel? They all looked wood to me, typical Carousel Works figures, but I may not have looked closely at everything and I'd not be all that surprised if there were some replacement figures. The information I have is that all five of the original figures are on the inside row, which makes sense because those would be the least valuable figures, and they probably sold everything they could get some money for. Normally I would deplore that but in this case it feels very hard to blame them.
