I was going to follow up on the question of whether the Internet is better at narrowing experiences or expanding them, but I don't have much new material to say about it. I'll instead post my absurdly imbalanced CD collection. It divides pretty well into three categories:
Miscellaneous
Peanuts
The Beatles
Whatever one concludes about my personality from that is probably correct. Also on the list should be ``Something like this...'': the Bob Newhart Anthology.

Date: 2004-03-25 10:22 am (UTC)The Beatles were my first fanboy obsession, really, near as I can figure out. At least I can't remember a time I wasn't fascinated with them. I think they just edge out The Pink Panther and Popeye that way.
The thing is ... I do have Rubber Soul. Or at least I did. I don't see how a person with an 18-CD collection can lose one, now, and I'm going to have to go sulking all over the apartment until I make sense of this.
